This plastic model kit builds into your very own pair of pieces of kappa (cucumber) roll sushi! Each grain of rice is a separate part; there are 546 (!) rice grains included, and the manufacturer recommends using 273 grains of rice for each piece of kappa roll. This kit includes a sample of seaweed from the food sample company Iwasaki Co., Ltd.! Glue and nippers (not included) are required, and although you can build it without painting, why not take the extra step for an enhanced sense of realism?
