Meet the Crew
Mars (@winzfactor on Instagram) has been a scale modeler all her life, starting with ships and airliners, before moving exclusively to Gunpla and mecha kits in 2008. Hailing from Solo, Indonesia, she specializes in non-standard Gundam color schemes, as well as her signature “three-tone black/ finish” works. She has won multiple scale modeling awards both in Australia and overseas.
When not packing orders, answering customer questions, or doing commissions, she can be found in the depths of the DOTA 2 Australia servers, spamming Position 5 Skywrath Mage.

Aden is a guy of many talents - a game designer, animation artist, voice actor, project manager, document controller, hobby store owner, you name it! A fan of open world RPGs and DnD, he’s always on the lookout for the next hot single campaigns in your area!
He said that he’s “99% introverted”, but that claim is, so far, unfounded. He has an unhealthy obsession with Sumatran-style Indonesian ramen, especially the one from a dodgy-looking “food stall” next to Mars’ home in Indonesia.
His lifelong dream is to establish his own game studio and publish a few titles under his name. If any of you are likeminded, definitely holla at him!

Eve stumbled her way into our hearts in 2019, when we spotted her “Ready to adopt” listing at 4lyfe Rescue. She can’t seem to figure out how to eat raw chicken, and would drool when she’s really happy.
She doesn’t really help with the business… and likes to sniff boxes.

Tiffany is one of our seasonal staff members, who we would summon from the depths of the Citadel to assist us during sale events and peak periods. She also sometimes answers customer enquiries! Tiffany is mainly a Gunpla "straight build enjoyer", but currently branching out to Musume customization.

John is one of our seasonal staff members. Reliable and always helpful, he specializes in sci-fi modelling, especially kits from video games and/or pop culture. He's also the kind of guy who, unironically, only listens to video game BGMs. Oh, and he also likes Miku. A lot. He has probably made more Kotobukiya Miku kits than all of us combined!
