Haha, cleaning gel goes bloop.
In all seriousness, it's a cleaning gel. Similar to the one you use on your keyboard to get rid of trapped nasties between the keys (I don't judge). I use it to catch dust and/or other plastic debris around my desk (where the desktop vacuum cannot reach).
This cleaning gel is a bit more "firm" than the other cleaning gels used for automotive / general use
